This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to absolute transparency regarding the collection, usage, and protection of your data while using the Phoneguard mobile application and web dashboard.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a functional security suite that can recover your misplaced or stolen device, we collect the following:

A. Personal Identity Data

• Account Profile: Your email address and basic profile information to link your devices securely.
• Trusted Numbers: Emergency contacts chosen by you to trigger remote recovery commands via SMS/RCS.

B. Critical Security Telemetry

• Precise Location Data: GPS coordinates collected on-demand when a "Track" command is initiated from your web dashboard or trusted numbers.
• Intruder Photos: Captured automatically when unauthorized PIN attempts occur (including Direct Boot mode) to document security breaches.
• Notification Keyword Processing: Monitored locally on your device for emergency commands. We never read or store personal chat conversations.

2. Zero Third-Party Sharing & Encryption

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. All communication between the mobile device, Firebase servers, and this Web Dashboard is secured using TLS 1.3 encryption.

3. User Rights & Data Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may review, download, or permanently wipe your account and all associated telemetry at any time directly through the app settings or dashboard profile.
